Had a quick look through this report and the first question that came to mind was;

"how do we rate against the UK and US in this regard?"

Hi Moz

Thanks for the question. You're right, the report doesn't cover areas outside of Australia, but we can answer that from our own experience.

Peter Forbes and Paulus Briels, our directors at Navigo, flew to the HR Tech Conference in Chicago last year - easily the worlds biggest HR technology event. The market there is very very mature, and it is also the seat of a lot of innovation. Most of the big SaaS innovators like Salary.com are based out of there.

Australia does tend to stand up in terms of workforce management. For more on that, take a look at this whitepaper: Navigo HR News Blog Archive HR Technology Special Report

Regards

Rod

Try this for:

Now in the 12th year, this longest running HR Systems Survey has over 1,000 responses, representing 18 million employees. The survey also analyzes vendor choices, best practices, and expenditures among other topics. Most importantly it reports the value achieved from choices on these topics and provides recommendations for the technologies delivering the greatest business impact.

May give you the information you require.
