HR Advisor

Hello Hello!!

I am new to this site and loving it so far!! I have been working as a Recrutiment/HR Coordinator for 4 years now and think it is time to move to something higher. I have put so much thought in this and will love the opportunity to be an Advisor someday.

My question to anyone who can help is, what steps should I be taking now to achieve this? I am currently limited to any advisory opportunity and most inteverviewers will sure be looking for an extensive experience to employ me in an advisory role so I am not sure what to do to get to where I want to be!

P.s, I have a degree and a post Grad in HR and will be starting my Masters next year!

Any Ideas??
