As women crash through the glass ceiling and take on stressful executive positions, more women are experiencing serious health issues, once associated with men.

Macquarie University’s Faculty of Business and Economics and iConneXX are presenting The Body & Mind Corporate - a workshop for identifying and managing health risks for women executives and board members.

The event will bring together an impressive list of experts from the fields of business, law, risk management, psychology and health to discuss the impact of stressful work lifestyles on women.

General practitioner Dr Carole Hungerford, author of Good Health in the 21st Century and Nicola Gates, a registered Clinical Neuropsychologist, who has trained in executive coaching and cognitive behaviour training for anxiety and depression, are amongst the speakers addressing the workshop.

The workshop will present practical solutions that can help workplaces identify risks and work towards preventing them.
