Default Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Economics?

    Hi everyone,

I am currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Commerce where I am doing a double major in HRM and economics and am just about to start my final semester. I have been given the option to change my degree to a Bachelor of Economics with a major in HR. My academic chair recommended going with the Economics degree since it would make me stick out, but would it look less relevant for recruiters?

    Thanks in advance!

    Kind regards,
    Linn

Hi Linn, as someone who has worked in HR and associated areas for many years and has a Bachelor in Commerce, if you can manage the Bachelor of Economics requirements I would suggest go for it. There are a lot of BComms around.

    Cheers
