Experienced professional making career change to HR

I have 10 years operational experience most recently as a Demand Manager; but during my maternity leave recently have decided to switch to the field in which I majored 15 years ago in the UK - HR and with this purpose in mind have recently completed my Cert IV in HR to ensure my qualifications are current and relevant.
