I am hoping to draw on the knowledge of existing HR professionals for advice.

I have 12 years experience in the commercial recruitment industry with 8 years experience managing teams and driving performance. I am looking to get into a part time HR role in Sydney and am a little confused with what tertiary would best support my move.

Considering I am only available part time I believe my target position would be a stand alone HR Officer or Manager position in a small to medium business.

Should I study the Diploma in Human Resources Management through TAFE / AHRI or would the graduate certificate in Human Resources Management at Uni be more beneficial?
(I have a prior degree in an unrelated field)

You advice would be greatly appreciated
