This is a quick poll to gauge how HR people are feeling about their career prospects at the moment.

I voted for option "e" - I believe that the GFC has created great opportunities in HR for people who can add real commercial value from a HR perspective. With so many organisations forced to revise their business model and structure because of the impact of the GFC, there have been some excellent senior HR career opportunities available in the past 6-12 months.
