How can an organisation encourage contribution by employees to continuous improvement of customer service?
I was reading a case study recently about Ghent Manufacturing. They have been praised for their culture of continuous improvement. Employees at Ghent will tell you "I run the place". While they do share their advice, at the end it all comes down to employee engagement. You need to create a culture where employees act as though they own the company.
