Ok, so here's a fun one...

For our Xmas party each staff member submits a song that describes their job, and each staff member gets a copy of the CD as a gift.

What songs do you think best describe the role of HR? I am in a stand alone role, so was thinking songs about Poeple, or Teams or ????

Any ideas?

Tongue in cheek here.... Shannon Noll's What about Me.... sort of fits the bill on a lot of occasions. HR is there to help out managers and employees alike... who helps HR with their issues ??
