I am looking at some internal statistics for turnover and have some good numbers around turnover types, industry benchmarks and the likes.
What I am looking at now is the turnover by length of service, in particular, the % of separations for staff with less than 2 years service. I reckon we are high but wanted to know if there are any available stats out there that I can compare it too, or at least if anyone in here has any numbers for their organisation.
Is it possible for you to share which source you used for industry benchmarks of turnover rates? Thanks!
