Turnover Benchmarks

I am looking at some internal statistics for turnover and have some good numbers around turnover types, industry benchmarks and the likes.

What I am looking at now is the turnover by length of service, in particular, the % of separations for staff with less than 2 years service. I reckon we are high but wanted to know if there are any available stats out there that I can compare it too, or at least if anyone in here has any numbers for their organisation.

We are part of a bit of a co-operative in the University sector and compile a series of benchmarks within the group which includes turnover among quite a number of other areas.
