Dear all,

Are all Legislation Update Services the same?

Is anyone aware of a service that provides the legislation update as well as updates of how the law is being applied (similar to the Workplace Bulletin)?

Hi Lisa-Jane,

I find the HR Monthly of AHRI and HR Magazine as a useful resource in how legislation is applied (case law). Minter Ellison legislation updates also include cases on how the law was interpreted. Information overlaps actually across those 3, and I can imagine with any other legislation update service.
