Skills for Growth is a FREE Victorian Government initiative to boost the skills of employees in Victorian businesses. The program is FREE for eligible businesses.

A Workforce Planning Specialist will work with you to develop a Workforce Action Plan, which is your blueprint for the future professional development of your workforce. You receive ongoing support to implement your plan, and assistance to place eligible employees into government supported training.
