Hi everyone, I was hoping you could shed some light on an issue. There seems to be a view among a few people (not necessarily HR professionals) that if a role is changed by 30% or more, the individual in that particular role is entitled to redundancy. I'm not sure where this information has come from, or even how you could calculate what percentage of a role has in fact been changed. But this role alteration/diversification situation may occur and after hearing about this entitlement I'd like to investigate further.
