I spotted an HR job advert today which requires someone who is "Hard working and vivacious". This seems like a clever discrimination ploy.

In the literal sense of the word, vivacious can apply to anyone or indeed anything, but in reality I can't see many men describing themselves as "vivacious" lol

Well, I have a HR Director who becomes "vivacious" on the weekends, but that's another story.

But I agree - whether it's deliberate or whether it's accidental, "vivacious" seems to be an unfortunate choice of words. It does have an implied gender bias.
