I'm hoping someone can help me.... I work for a labour hire company who sends heavy duty mechanics to mine sites in WA. We are based in WA.
The Director has decided that because he pays above award rates that he does not need to pay public holiday, casual or leave loading on employees pay rates.
The Vehicle Manufacturing, Repair, Services and Retail award 2010 refers to payment of these rates for all employees covered by this award.
Are we in the danger zone with this behaviour?
