Hi All
We are looking at completing a joint venture with a NZ based company. Can anyone provide any insight into the continuity of employee entitlements - EG: do we absorb the employee leave entitlements etc...
We did complete a joint venture in Australia and we did absorb the employee leave entitlements, however understand that NZ law would be sligthly different.
Any guidance would be appreciated.
