Hi Guys,
I am Marc Angel Dela Pena, 23 y/o, and currently an Employee Relations Specialist hereat a BPO company in the Philippines. I have a degree of BS Psychology majored in Industrial Psychology which I earned in a local government university. This 2010, I already laid out some certificate courses to take to add up more value to my HR experience and background.
Talking about HR experience, I already had 2 years of focus in HR functions for the BPO industry. I did Data and Information Management (Oracle HRMS administrator) for Teletech CMC, headed the Records Management section for Vision-X, Inc. And Now, ER for Hinduja global Solutions.
I am just curious how the BPO industry is doing in Australia, and have some plans in migrating there this upcoming year or by 2012.
What do you think would be my success rate in finding a suitable HR career? Thanks in advance.
