We are running our first "Next Generation Leaders" program at the MCG on November 8 & 9. As it is our first and we'd love to be exposed to as many HR/L&D professionals as we can, we are offering a limited amount of places to people on this forum for only $500 per head for the full 2 day program (normally $1899).

This is strictly for HR/L&D professionals.

The 2 day program will cover:

Our proprietary TtEAM high performance framework – Talent Management, targets, Emotions, Analysis, Method
Our high performance cycle and how to apply that to business
“Competitive IQ” (hiring and training using brainwave technology) - particularly relevant for areas of business that need to hire and train people that need an element of competitiveness and ability to operate well under pressure, e.g. Sales, management
Emotional & Social Intelligence
The power of Positive Psychology (Pos Psych will be the “emotional intelligence” of the 2010’s)
“All the big C’s” - the importance of communication and culture in producing high performance in the workplace


The course will be facilitated by the sport2business directors and supported by presentations from Simon Helmot (Australia A cricket and Vic Bushrangers Assistant Coach), Daniel Jackson (star Richmond midfielder), Maria Ruberto (positive psychology expert) and Dr. Noel Blundell (sports psychologist who has worked with Pete Sampras, Sandy Lyle, Karrie Webb, Robert Allenby and Mark Skaife among many others) to .

What we don’t do
Whilst we support the use of standardised leadership programs and tools such as Lominger, Belbin, DISC, 360° feedback etc, we believe that most organisations have their “bread & butter” leadership curriculum well sorted and in place. We are purely about the facilitation and introduction of high performance cultures through people and people leadership.
