I am wanting to put together some information session to be run internally for Senior Mgrs, Supervisors, Line Staff on various topics – Harassment, Victimsation, Bullying, changes to legislation/award. However I do not have a budget for this and will need to put it altogether myself. Does anyone have anything they can provide me, websites they have seen that would be helpful for information or templates to be used & modified.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

State based, predominantly Government organisations charged with a role in furthering these subjects would be a good start. I guess it depends on the state. But for example, I'd suggest looking at/speaking to:
- WorkCover (or your state's Workers Comp administrator)
- Your state Equal Opportunity Office or equivalent
- Human Rights Commission (Commonwealth Agency)
- Safe and Fair Work Australia
- Your relevant union
- a variety of non profit organisations that may have an interest in these subjects

Wouldn't surprise me if some of these groups offered free info sessions as well so could be worked into the training.
