We are currently restructuring the finance function of our business (moving it from a 'devolved' to a 'centralised' structure). Our finance team will comprise a senior Accountant, with a number of finance positions reporting to this position. The business itself is complex, with staff numbers around 365FTE.

Currently the finance positions are called 'finance officers' but we want to change the title to accurately reflect the responsibilities and experience needed (and to make them more attractive to the candidate market). These roles will be undertaking 'core strategic' finance activities as opposed to 'transactional' activities (eg: developing budgets/forecasting; project accounting activities; accrual accounting activities; provision of advice to senior managers; etc).

These positions do not necessarily need formal accounting qualifications (eg: degree or CPA/CA), but will need to demonstrate solid experience and understanding of finance/accounting concepts.

Our total remuneration package for these roles is currently $66k-$73k

One position title we are considering is 'Finance Analyst', but any suggestions are welcome.
