Hello!
I need help...I am just a newbie in th office. I have observed that most of my officemates has conflict with each other. I don't know the real reason at first but when i found out, it was regarding job positions like one got promoted and the other stayed stagnant. I don't wanna go in between them since I am just a newbie but I think their conflict would affect the whole working environment.
I hope you can give me advice.
