The Business Week article Performance Review Takes a Page from Facebook (http://www.businessweek.com/magazine/content/09_12/b4124058284261.htm?chan=magazine+channel_new+ideas +for+talent) explains how some companies are using social networking like tools to provide either a more open and regular review system (Facebook style) or a real time Twitter style feedback system.
Personally I like the sound of the latter, the only snag is, how to you get people to post the questions about their performance in the first place?
