Hi

I am currently trying to create a customer service evaluation questionnaire that we can send to both candidates as well as line mangers to assess the level of service they feel they are receiving from our in house recruitment team and identify areas where improvement can occur.

I was wondering if anyone may have created similar types of documents in the past and would be happy to share them.

Whilst most of the questions are commonsense - how do they rate the communication levels, speed in presenting a shortlist, speed in advising of outcome, etc if anyone has any out of the box suggestions for items to include in a questionnaire, I would certainly value your thoughts/ideas.

Surely you need two documents?

The questions for line managers would be quite different to the questions you would ask the candidates.
