Hi all,
In the Performance Review Process within my firm (Accountancy practice) some of the directors have a view that the percentage of staff outcomes in this process should be - 20% exceeds expectations, 70-75% Meets Expectations, and 5-10% Needs Improvement.
I feel that the "Exceeds" is way too high and should be more like 5%. Would welcome any views on this, or if there are some benchmarking stats available.
thanks.
Marnie
