The Age yesterday reported that "Paid maternity leave deals introduced this year with great fanfare by some of Australia's largest retailers will actually exclude tens of thousands of their female workers."
It seems that of the big three retailers, Myer, Woolworths and Aldi, only Aldi have introduced a scheme which treats all their female employees equally.
