I am interested in sending an employee on a practical Supervisory course. Does anyone have any tips on good providers? I have used AIM before however I am seeking something a little more "hands on" as this is a direct operational role leading a team.

Noel

2 organisations I have previously used are Employers First and New Horizon. Employers first as a RTO build their supervisor course around the National Training Framework and therefore it can be accredited. New Horizons provide a good foundation and online back post the course to attendees. Links are below :

Hi Noel,

Not sure if you have already found a solution to your question, however I work for a training company named ATI-Mirage who provide very good management/leadership courses. They are very hands on and practical. You can contact me on kathyh@ati-mirage.com.au if you are interested.

Many thanks,

Kathy

Just found this brilliant site...

If you are still interested, I highly recommend Management Consultancy International for Supervisor / Management Development. I have utilised their services in 3 differenct organisations now, Denise and her team are brilliant with either accredited courses or customised programs to meet the individual needs of your business.

Best of luck.
