Hi there

Thought I would start a thread for the Rem and Benefits specialists to introduce themselves.

Anyways, I'm J1P and I'm a Rem and Benefits Specialists in a Professional Services Organisaiton, and have been involved in Rem and Benefits in some capacity for about 5 years, although I spent just shy of a year of that as a Generalist.

Hi, Packman here. I've been involved with rem and ben for the last 18 years or so. Been involved with banking and finance (where I was also known as the loan arranger - but that was a long time ago), FMCG, energy and overseas aid sectors. Done just about everything, including super, varaible pay design, expats, mergers/company sales, board recommendations, performance management, salary and bonus reviews etc.
Have been a free-lance consultant for the last 5 years.
Anyway J1P that's me. What's the purpose of this?
Cheers, Packman

Cheers Packman

No real purpose, more just an opportunity to identify the profile of people on the board in promotion of knowledge sharing etc. For example now if I have a question about rem and ben in the FMCH, energy or overseas aid sectors, I know that I can post up a thread and likely receive an answer, or might PM you directly (naturally whether you reply is up to you).
