Hi

Does anyone know of any good courses in OD?

I recently completed a program through Charles Sturt University. I was a great experience, the context was relevant and very flexible.

I hope I don't get booted from 'HR Buzz' as the agreement spoke about advertisement which is not what I am trying to do. But anyhow the program I completed was a Graduate Certificate in Organisational Change and Development. It consists of four units that can be completed over a trimester arrangement. There are other streams at Charles Sturt Uni also at the Graduate Certificate/Graduate Diploma level that may be more suited to what you are after. All can be used towards the completion of a Masters. From memory I recall that Deakin may have had a similar program when I was comparing Universities but also recall from my view anyhow that Deakin may not have been as organised in terms of flexible delivery. My suggestion is for you to do a google search on OD programs within Australia. I am sure there are others now as well. Hope this helps.

Hi rockyhr. Your post is fine. It looks like excellent advice for someone considering a course in OD.

We're more worried about unsolicited self promotion that has no relevance to the topics being discussed which is clearly not the case here. It's nice to see you've read the terms of use.

Hi there

You may also want to research RMIT in Melbourne who offer a postgrad and Masters in OD. From memory, they also offer it as a remote learning option.

Cheers
