Since it is getting hard for you to find a job in
HR why not start finding work in any other related field,I mean other office jobs . This will not only give you some local experience but will help you to expand your networks and support your family for a while.
Start looking for job adverts in local magazines and newspapers. Small companies often have their adverts published in these local papers.
I would also like to suggest that you join a course where you can gain Australian
HRM knowledge which is quite different from India.
