I truly believe in the value of a diverse workforce - I was not advocating that it is the right thing to discriminate at all. As a
HR practitioner I work hard to stamp out this behaviour in any organisation I'm involved with and embrace diversity and its benefits. However, like Moz, was just highlighting that it does exist which is verified by research. It's not right.
