I was in
HR for 7 years. I have gone to a completely different role in a field that is not technically similar to
HR. My networking skills, communication skills, ability to get things done and deliver is what has allowed me to work in this new role.
HR people aren't that good at selling themselves but they should be.
HR can give you lots of excellent skills and knowledge.
