Default Communication

Hi!

Disappointments in the workplace is not that easy to handle. In the scenario of this Team Leader who has been very disappointed about not being given the promised salary increase, maybe you just have to approach this person and try to talk to them personally. And since there is no written documents to support this claim you still have the right to be respected. You also just have to explain to him/her the reality that the company currently has these problems that's why what was promised could be postponed this time.

I know in time the Team Leader will understand. It's not that easy to get a job these days. She just have to be happy with her current employment and still consider herself/himself lucky.

best,
Jane
